  • Can you provide a local phone number in another state?
    We can provide you local phones numbers anywhere in the United States.Some readers

    We have designed TeliDesk so that you can get your business up and running in less than 15 minutes. We offer a free month trial, so you can kick the tires and see if this is fit for your business.Some readers
  • Does TeliDesk require physical phones?
    TeliDesk does not require physical phones. Our services are designed to work on your mobile phones using our Mobyx application. If you require, physical phones, today we support the following models: Polycom VVX400, 12 Line Executive phones. Refurbished phones with programming - $90. Grandstream ATA: These are adapters for customers with analog phones. HT818 – 8 Analog ports - $199 HT814 – 4 Analog ports - $119 HT812 – 2 Analog ports - $59.00 HT801 – 1 Analog port - $39.99Some readers
  • Can I use my existing VoIP phones?
    Our currently supported VoIP phone is Polycom VVX400. If you have a different model, please talk to a business consultant. We may have to charge you an extra programming fee.Some readers

  • What type of internet is required for TeliDesk?
    Our services are designed to work over the LTE data connection or the Wi-Fi. The quality of voice service is dependent on signal strength you are receiving from your wireless carrier.Some readers
  • Can I use another software app?
    Yes, you can use any standards based mobile app like BRIA Lite. But currently we can only provide support for Mobyx.Some readers
  • Does TeliDesk charges for shipping and handling?
    Shipping and handling charges are $6.99 per device based on ground. For bulk and expedites, please contact one of our business analysts.Few readers
  • Does your unlimited calling cover Canada and Puerto Ricco?
    Our unlimited calling plan only support USA-48. But we have great rates to Canada and Caribbean.Few readers
  • Where do I download the Mobyx software app?

  • How does TeliDesk invoice their customers?
    TeliDesk is a prepaid service. Services and usage must be pre-paid to use the service. Customer must maintain a valid credit card for automatic payment. TeliDesk does not accept checks, nor do mail invoices.Few readers
  • Can I access my contacts in my phone calls from TeliDesk?
    Yes, our Mobyx application allows access to your contact information.Few readers
  • Can I use your service without your mobile app?
    Yes, we have some customers who prefer to use our Auto Attendant announcement and voice mail features. They can put a call forward on our phone system to forward the call to their cell number or they existing landline.Few readers

    TeliDesk offers 1 on 1 sessions, or alternatively sign into our weekly training sessions.Few readers
  • Can TeliDesk port my number?
    TeliDesk can port your number. Our business analyst can help you to facilitate the port. We can only port numbers, that are active. We will need a recent copy of your invoice (less than 60 days old) that shows the number and executed Letter of Agency. Typical port in takes about 9 business days.   • Does TeliDesk support e911?
    TeliDesk is a nomadic VoIP services, so we only provide limited e911 services. We will get you connected to an e911 operator, but we cannot pass your location information. It is recommended that you use your cell phone or a traditional phone line carrier for e911 services.Few readers

  • Can TeliDesk allow me to customize our business hours?
    With TeliDesk you can customize your business operations hours and provide record the appropriate greetings.Few readers
  • Is TeliDesk service cheap?
    We like to say we are economical. Our pricing model is disruptive. Compared to the alternatives like Verizon, Cablevision, Ring Central, Jive etc., we are about 80% less expensive.Few readers
  • Does TeliDesk allow international calls?
    Yes, we have great rates for international rates. You will require prepaid funds to complete international calls.Few readers
  • Do you support video calls?
    We currently support point to point video calls that made from extension to extension. We do not support video conferencing, or video calls from facetime, WhatsApp etc.Few readers
  • Do you support Intercom?
    We don’t support intercom from Mobyx which is our softphone app. But if use our Polycom VVX400 phones, you can get intercom capability. This feature is limited to the Polycoms with a single office. We don’t offer site to site intercom service.Few readers
  • Can I change the Music on Hold?
    Yes, you can upload your custom music on hold file through the portal.Few readers
  • What is the Fair Usage Policy?
    TeliDesk is available for normal business. The services cannot be used for high volume dialer or call center type traffic. TeliDesk has the right to terminate accounts that violate our Fair Usage Policy.   • Is your service HIPPA compliant?
    Our service does not store any customer data records. We are purely a network transport solution. If you plan to use our call recording, we can achieve HIPPA compliancy by storing the call recordings on your secure server.Few readers

    Our founders have been in telecom business for many years. We took all the major features required by the small and home business and build a new VoIP platform based on the next generation technologies. The result is great features at the lower price.Few readers
  • Can you service outside the United States?
    Our services will work outside the Unites States. However, today we can only support USA telephone numbers.Few readers
  • What is the cost to buy additional Telephone Numbers (DID)?
    We include 1 DID per customer. If you require additional DID, you can select and purchase local number through your portal. Cost of each DID is $3/month.Few readers
  • Can I buy phones through online?
    Yes , you may purchase our recommended phone – Polycom VVX400 with software version directly. We will give you the configuration credentials and you can program the phones by yourself. Some of our supported vendors are VoIP Supply, PC Liquidators etc.Few readers
  • Do you offer any professional services to help us design the system for needs?
    We offer professional call flow design services. Our business analyst will meet with you via a video call and gather your business requirements, and create a call flow diagram. If the call flow meets your goals, the business analyst will design the system and train you. Most customers will suffice with a 2 hour package, which will cost $99. Additional hours can be purchased at $60/hour. The service has to be prepaid.Few readers
  • Why am I getting call drops and voice quality issues?
    The voice quality is dependent on the quality of your wireless network. If you are experiencing voice issues over your Wi-Fi, try switching to your LTE connection. You may also check with IT vendors or the ISP, and make sure the SIP ALG is turned off.Few readers

  • Do you have a physical limitation on the number of phone extensions you can support?
    Our system can support 2 phones to 1000 phones. For large deployment, please contact one of our business analysts.Few readers
  • Can I port my number away from TeliDesk?
    Trial customers are not permitted to port away the telephone number. If you are current customers, and in good standing, you can port away the number. There will be charge of $9/number to release the numbers. This charge is just to recoup our cost charged by the carriers.Few readers
